SPOTLIGHT ON EXCELLENCE: CHAMBER ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES 2025 AWARD CONTENDERS

The Chamber Alliance of Mason County is proud to announce the finalists for its 2025 Annual Awards, a celebration honoring exceptional local businesses, organizations and individuals whose work has significantly impacted the community. Winners will be revealed during the Annual Awards Dinner on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at The Lake House in Ludington.

This year’s awards again highlight four categories: Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Community Service, and Future Five. These honors recognize organizations and professionals who demonstrate excellence in their industries and contribute to the vitality and progress of Mason County.

Business of the Year Award 

Finalists for 2025 Business of the Year are Indian Summer Co-op, Ludington Bay Brewing Company, and UACJ Whitehall.

This award recognizes a business with more than 20 employees that has demonstrated excellence through leadership, innovation, customer service, and community involvement.

Small Business of the Year Award

Finalists for the 2025 Small Business of the Year are Cartier Mansion, Hitch Hiker Coffee, Lakeshore Keepers, and ProMaster Cleaning & Restoration.

This award recognizes a business with fewer than 20 employees that has demonstrated excellence through leadership, innovation, customer service, and community involvement.

Community Service Award 

Finalists for the 2025 Community Service Award include Blue Hat Ministries, Communities Overcoming Violent Encounters (COVE), Fish on for Freedom, and Mason County Victim Services Unit.  

Presented to an individual or organization making a significant volunteer contribution to the community, this award celebrates meaningful, selfless service that uplifts Mason County.

Future Five 

Five rising professionals have been named to the 2025 Class of Future Five and will receive honors for excellence in their respective business fields. The honorees are Kate Kirby, Veronica Mendez, Tyler Morin, Grace Patzer, and Luke Shereda.

These standout individuals, ages 21–40, are recognized for their excellence in their respective fields and for actively shaping the growth, prosperity, and quality of life in Mason County through their professional achievements and community involvement.

The 2025 Annual Awards Dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, at The Lake House, overlooking Ludington’s scenic harbor.
