The Chamber Alliance of Mason County invites local professionals to engage in the 2027 cohort of Leadership Mason County. Applications are open now and due by November 20, 2026.
Leadership Mason County is a six-month professional development program designed to help local professionals strengthen their leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the people, organizations and systems that shape Mason County.
Through engaging sessions and hands-on experiences, participants will build practical skills, expand their professional networks and become more connected to the community they serve.
The program includes opportunities to:
- Complete a DISC assessment to better understand communication styles and preferences
- Develop emotional intelligence and strengthen workplace communication skills
- Tour local manufacturing facilities and nonprofit organizations
- Connect and build relationships with fellow professionals
- Participate in collaborative group projects
- Give back to the community through meaningful service projects
- Gain a broader understanding of Mason County’s businesses, organizations and community systems
