Confrontation doesn’t have to be an emotionally charged event. This session will amplify our awareness of the ability to minimize conflict and maintain relationships by implementing these two skills in our leadership style. This interactive discussion will provide tools you can immediately apply in the workplace to navigate challenges more constructively and lead more effectively.
