Workshop goals: 

  • Acquire new tools & techniques to create and nurture a culture of great customer service. 
  • Tackle big-picture topics or day-to-day obstacles you’re facing. Identify and prioritize action steps for improvement. 
  • Learn why it’s crucial to treat your staff with as much care as you treat your customers. Develop a network of peers to call upon for support. 
  • Go back to your business with plenty of resources to adapt and put into use right away.

Based in Ann Arbor, MI, ZingTrain has set the standard for customer service in the specialty foods industry. This has come from an innovative service philosophy with practical working systems. Zingerman’s approach has been successfully applied in a wide variety of businesses and nonprofits that are committed to improving the quality of their customer service, including specialty foods and other retailers, universities, banks, health care providers, IT professionals, museums, schools, and libraries.
